The Pakistani Ambassador to China, Khalil Hashmi, delivered a welcome speech

Ambassador Khalil Hashmi stated that China and Pakistan have always been important trade partners, with China maintaining the status of Pakistan's largest trade partner for many years. Both parties have achieved fruitful results in the economic and trade fields, including extensive commodity trade, investment cooperation, and the construction of the economic corridor. Furthermore, cooperation in the economic and trade fields between China and Pakistan has been continuously deepening. In recent years, exchanges in trade, investment, and economic cooperation have become more frequent, forming a comprehensive, multi-layered, and wide-ranging cooperation pattern. Additionally, the construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor has made significant progress, injecting new momentum into economic cooperation between the two countries.

Pakistani Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif led a government delegation to attend and deliver a speech. The conference aimed to further strengthen in-depth exchanges and cooperation in the economic and trade fields between China and Pakistan.

The visiting Pakistani business delegation encompassed over 60 companies from 13 key industry types, including textiles, leather goods, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, medical devices, footwear and toys, electric vehicles, electronic products, laptops, and other home appliance manufacturers.

Our company actively participated in the Pakistan-China Business Conference held in Shenzhen. During this conference, we learned that the Pakistani leadership welcomes investments from Chinese partners. They also introduced the national conditions of Pakistan, ensuring the highest level of security for Chinese investments in Pakistan.

At the business matchmaking meeting, Fang Yong, Deputy General Manager of Honghao Chemical, Bao Shengyu, Manager of the Pakistan Office, and Wang Gaofeng, Deputy Manager of the Pakistan Office, met with Rahim Hayat Qureshi, Secretary to the Pakistani Prime Minister. Both sides exchanged views on our company's future investment in Pakistan. Through exchanges with the Secretary to the Pakistani Prime Minister, this opportunity further promotes our cooperation and development in the field of chemical products in Pakistan. The Pakistani Prime Minister's Secretary expressed willingness to open fast channels for our investments and provide necessary support and assistance as much as possible for our further investment in Pakistan.
