TDS for Wet rubbing fastness improving agent HT-819C

[Brief information]
-- Suitable for low-temperature drying in washing factory,to solve the problem of poor film formation in low-temperature drying of denim washing process. It can be dried at low temperature of 60 ~ 70 ℃, and the wet rubbing fastness can meet above Grade 3 by improving by 1-2 grades.

[Main composition]
-- Special water-based polyurethane.

[General properties]
-- Appearance: light yellow to yellow liquid（darker as time going）
-- Ionicity: weakly cationic
-- pH: 4.0±1.0（50g/l）
-- Solubility: easily soluble in normal water in any proportion at room temperature

[Properties and fields of application]
- Suitable for washing factory
- Use for fixing of cellulose fiber after dyeing. Excellent wet rubbing fastness improving performance that can meet above Grade 3 by improving 1- 1.2 grades under the drying temperature of 60~70 ℃.
- Easy operation for using by direct dilution.

[Application]
Based on different kind and concentration of dyes, different kind and pattern of treated fabric, Dosage as below:

- Dipping (washing factory only):
HT-828: 3-5% (O.W.F) (Adjustment base on color)
Bath ratio: 1:10 - 20
Dyed fabrics (pH ≦ 7) → Dip at room temperature × 20-30 min → Dry at 60-70℃.

Notice:
-- Prepared solution should be used immediately.Please test before using.The above process is for reference only.
-- Only use alone, can not use for one bath with silicone oil, fixing agent and anionic agent.
-- Please clean up the alkali (pH ≦7), salt and soaping agent of the fabric before using wet rubbing fastness improving agent 819C.
-- Before using 819C, the desizing of cloth surface should be clean,whic to avoid affecting the performance of wet rubbing fastness

[Packing and storage]
-- Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum
-- Storage: Keep it cool and dry, 6 months in sealed container
