Basic Specifications

  • Main ingredients: Water-soluble polyurethane

  • Appearance:Yellow transparent viscous liquid (dark color after prolonged storage)

  • Ionicity: Weak cation

  • pH value(30g/L water solution): 4.2±0.5

Mechanism of Action

  • -NCO groups combine with ions on the fabric through covalent bonds to improve dye fixing rate.

  • A three-dimensional network structure forms a continuous and smooth film on the fabric surface, preventing dye loss.

  • Cationic and dyes form insoluble color precipitates attached to the fabric.

Immersion and Padding Process

Moisture Friction Adhesion Improver 826Y usage: Padding process

According to the type and concentration of the dye used, and the type and form of the processed fabric, the following methods are used:

Padding process

  • Dosage: 20~50g/L (adjust according to color depth)

  • Process: Dyed fabric (PH≤7) → one padding and one rolling (rolling residual rate: 80~85%) → drying

Impregnation Process

Moisture Friction Adhesion Improver 826Y usage: Impregnation process (limited to washing factories)

According to the type and concentration of the dye used, and the type and form of the processed fabric, the following methods are used:

Impregnation process (limited to washing factories)

  • Dosage: Moisture Friction Adhesion Improver 826Y: 3~5% (o.w.f.) (adjust according to color depth), bath ratio: 1:10~20

  • Process: Dyed fabric (pH<7) → impregnation (room temperature, time: 15~20 min) → drying (60~70℃)
