Brief information

This product is a terpolymer silicone oil emulsion, which is mainly used for super soft , smooth and elastic finishing of polyester, T/C, nylon cotton Roman fabric. Fabrics will be with more outstanding soft ,smooth and elastic hand feeling after treated.

It can be seen from above table that HT-6150HA has good stability of temperature resistant, acid resistant, alkali resistant, and anion resistant.
 

Application

  • Process 
Fabric: T/R, N/R Roman fabric 
HT- 6150HA: 10g/L
Process: Padding (one dip & pad, rolling rate 75%-85%) → setting (170℃, 100s) →moisture  regain (20-30min) → comparing hand feeling, hydrophilicity

It can be seen from above table that the hand feeling of HT- 6150HA is better than general  silicone oil for Roman fabric.
 

Properties and fields of application

1.Confers T/R, T/C, N/R, N/C and other Roman fabrics with super soft,smooth and elastic hand feeling.
2. At the same time, it has a good soft and smooth effect on artificial fibers (such as polyester, nylon, acrylic, rayon, wool).
3. With self-emulsifying property, it can ensure the stability of the diluent.
 

Notes:

1. The residual alkali and the pH value in water will affect the finishing effect, which must be cleaned before treatment.
2. The water used in the working fluid should be tap water ≤200ppm, and the groundwater or river water should be treated before use.
3. Pay attention to observe the rolling groove: when there are many burrs, changing the material or clean the rolling groove if necessary.
4. This product is a weak cationic product, the tank needs to be cleaned after used with anionic products such as paint and adhesives.
5. Although the softener emulsion is compatible with most cationic and non-ionic auxiliaries, it must be tested for compatibility before being mixed for stability. The stability of the emulsion can also be affected under extreme conditions.
